Coconut oil is also good to apply on your skin though it doesn’t smell too good. But you can also apply it overnight and then shower it off the next day. Also use it to cook or add it to your food. Whichever way you do it just get to eat the coconut oil. Not only will your skin and hair glow, your overall health will improve. It has also been shown to cause weight loss and that’s a bonus.
